This enhances the efficiency of servicing both legacy and contemporary units using personal devices such as laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

The functionality of HAULOTTE DIAG is augmented through the use of a wireless VCI box that facilitates Wi-Fi remote access. Compatibility is assured across all current Haulotte equipment and newly released products. The Haulotte VCI Box is available for purchase through Haulotte sales subsidiaries or via www.easy-spare-parts.com, under part number 4000099300.

This software includes several advanced diagnostic capabilities specifically designed for newly launched machines since 2014:

• Multilingual Support: Available in 12 languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Italian, Russian, Chinese (both simplified and traditional), Korean, and Japanese.
• Enhanced Troubleshooting Features: Provides detailed information regarding potential failure causes, component location images, and corrective actions required.
• Advanced Diagnostic Tools: Facilitates quick machine recovery through assisted troubleshooting protocols during malfunctions.
• Comprehensive Maintenance Features: Configures service counters to notify technicians of necessary maintenance while enabling traceability for prior service actions.

Prior to usage on mobile devices, downloading and installing the latest version of HAULOTTE DIAG on a laptop or DiagPad 2 is necessary. Once connected via USB cable, the VCI box will initiate an automatic update when linked with the designated device. Please note that after this update, the VCI box will no longer be compatible with previous versions of the app (V02.xx).
